Steve began making his Goodness To Go meals back in 2004 and enjoyed selling them at the local farmer’s markets. The response to his nourishing and delicious meals was so good that he and wife Amy decided to open the Confluence Kitchen and Market Store. In 2008, the store opened with the expanded offerings of a Café and Local Market.
